At Mizzy, every order is carefully checked and packed before dispatch. If you need an exchange, please review the conditions below.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible products.

Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange:

The product must be unused, unworn and unwashed.
Original tags and packaging must be intact.
The product must be in its original condition.
Clothing must not have stains, odours, damage or signs of use.
Exchange is subject to availability of the requested size or product.

Size Exchange

If you need a different clothing size, you can request an exchange within 5 days of delivery.

If the requested size is unavailable, our team will help you with the available exchange options.

Wrong, Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos.

Once verified by our team, we will arrange a replacement or exchange.

We recommend recording an unboxing video while opening your parcel, especially if the package appears damaged or tampered with.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Products may not be eligible for exchange if:

They have been used, washed or worn.
Tags or original packaging have been removed.
The product has been damaged after delivery.
The exchange request is raised after 5 days.
The product is marked as Final Sale / Non-Exchangeable.

Refunds

Mizzy currently follows an exchange-only policy. Refunds are not provided for delivered orders, change of mind, size preference, or customer ordering errors.
