What materials are your products made from?
All Mizzy products are made from BPA-free, food-grade materials that are tested and certified safe for little hands and mouths. Soft-touch finishes are non-toxic and durable.
Are your bottles and lunch boxes dishwasher safe?
Yes! Our water bottles and lunch boxes are top-rack dishwasher safe. For printed designs, we recommend gentle cycles to keep the artwork looking bright for longer.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. If anything arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we will replace it free of charge.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. If you have not received it within 2 business days, check your spam folder or reach out to our support team.
